I am committed to making learning materials I create accessible to all learners. I have completed Loyola’s training for “Accessibility in LUC’s Online Learning Environment.”

I have learned how to use the accessibility tools in Articulate Rise 360, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and the Wix website builder. In items I create, text is formatted for screen readers with headers and other structural features. Audio elements will have transcriptions and/or captions. Visual elements have verbal descriptions and/or alternative text, and are checked for suitable visual contrast.
